Job Summary

As an Office Associate at Amazon, you will play a vital role in providing administrative support and ensuring the efficient operation of our remote office functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day administrative functions, including data entry, document organization, and information tracking.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other digital platforms, ensuring timely and accurate support.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
  • Maintain organized digital files and records, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Process and track purchase orders, invoices, and other documents essential to departmental operations.
  • Support team members with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or higher preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and cloud-based software such as Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Experience

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, customer service, or support role, preferably in a remote environment.
