About the Role:

As a Customer Care Professional at American Express, you will be responsible for providing exceptional data entry support to our clients. This role requires a passion for helping others, delivering world-class service, and the ability to manage customer data efficiently.

You will play a critical role in supporting our clients’ needs, from coordinating personalized travel experiences to helping with day-to-day inquiries. As the face of the brand, you will continuously set the standard for delivering exceptional customer-first service, all while receiving industry-leading training and development.
