Assistant Manager - Consumer & Marketing Insights - Online

Job Summary: 

As the Assistant Manager of Consumer & Marketing Insights - Online at American Airlines, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic decision-making by analyzing consumer behavior and market trends in the online space. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop insights-driven strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of online consumer behavior, including website traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the online space to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Partner with marketing, digital, and e-commerce teams to develop data-driven strategies for improving online customer engagement and retention.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations through the interpretation of data and analytics.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute research projects aimed at understanding consumer preferences and behavior.
