Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls, emails, or chats and respond promptly to inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently, escalating issues to supervisors or higher departments as necessary.
  • Document and track customer interactions, ensuring all case details are accurately recorded in the system.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate responses to customer questions.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time, first-call resolution, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection regulations.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve customer service skills and knowledge of company offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations professionally.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous in stressful situations.
  • Computer proficiency, including familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
  • Experience in handling inquiries or complaints in a high-volume environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CRM software or call center tools is advantageous.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, overnight shifts (shift hours typically range from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, with flexibility based on scheduling needs).
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
