Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Understand the product life cycle thoroughly and ensure that processes are relevant and of the best-practice
  • Understand the intricacies of glass inventory management
  • Be in the loop of the forecast and actual demand requirements and manage movements with Supply Chain
  • Ensure that timelines of supportability assessment, product development, equipment preparation, product preparation and trade launch are reasonable and strictly followed. Be critical in identifying efficiencies to shorten project timelines Identify inefficiencies in the process and provide resolution in the shortest time possible
  • Build and sustain good relationships with Project Owners, Supply Chain, Procurement and Demand Planning with competency and reliability as the core foundation
  • Be the ambassador of Marketing to Supply Chain and Operations in attending to logistics concerns, filtering issues, and providing sound and extensive recommendations

Operational Support

  • Pioneer innovative and best-in-practice processes improvement and be able to implement them effectively among the stakeholders
  • Collaboratively work with Sales and Sales Operations to ensure proper execution of marketing initiatives

Leadership Role

  • Provide a clear direction and delineation of tasks to the Marketing Logistics Analyst, ensuring the right amount of workload for each member to function efficiently and effectively
  • Provide the proper coaching and guidance to each team member for professional development
  • Set an environment within the team that is conducive for learning, growth and healthy exchange of ideas
  • Groom team member to become a future leader

 

Qualifications

  • Preferably with a degree in business or management, industrial engineering
  • At least 3 years in Marketing, Operations and Logistics role experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, advanced Excel
  • Highly analytical, able to translate data to compelling narratives
  • Has experience in project management
  • Must have business acumen and basic knowledge on business financials
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Agile, is keen to details, proactive, and adaptable
