In this role, you'll support the integration of new systems from recent acquisitions and work to optimize these tools for the team's success. Your excellent Excel skills will be essential in streamlining processes and boosting efficiency within collections. You'll also manage contract adjustments, collaborate with multiple departments, and assist the project lead in organizing workflows and exploring automation strategies.

What you'll be doing:

  • Learn and support the integration of new systems, ensuring a smooth transition for the Collections Department.
  • Assist in reviewing and adjusting contracts related to the collections team to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Information Systems (IS), project management, and product teams, to understand system functionalities and identify best practices.
  • Support the project lead in organizing workflows and strategizing automation opportunities to enhance team efficiency.
  • Continuously strategize to improve workflows, using Excel to analyze data and streamline operations from acquisitions through to the main company.

What you need to bring:

We're looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:

  • Previous experience working in finance
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
