Content Moderator for Social Network

We’re looking for a few individuals who are able to review and moderate reported posts and accounts on a social media app based on the company’s policies, within a set amount of time.

As a content moderator you will be responsible for ensuring all content posted to the app is appropriate. This is a part-time contract position that can quickly turn into full-time.

As a contractor, you will be expected to work between 20 to 40 hours per week. We’re looking for people who have excellent proficiency in the following languages: English, Portuguese, and Japanese,

Job Description

- Ensure that users have a secure social media experience. Strive to protect users from inappropriate or harmful content such as hate speech, graphic violence, or sexually explicit material based on our terms of service
- Identifying and flagging potential violations of platform policies
- Reviewing user reports within timelines provided by the company
- Help identify workflow improvement areas and suggest solutions to ensure maximum efficiency
