The Corporate and Early Talent Acquistion team is expanding, and we’re looking for a seasoned Corporate Recruiter to join us in Vaughan Ontario. In this role, you will partner with several business functions across North America to drive recruitment efforts, candidate experience and act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and business leaders.

A “Day in the Life" of a Corporate Recruiter

  • Manage full cycle recruitment including developing job postings, screening candidates and making recommendations to hiring teams
  • Proactively source exceptional candidates leveraging various search engines
  • Build recruitment strategies in partnership with the business and hiring managers
  • Ensure an exceptional end to end candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Act as an advisor and subject matter expert – consulting hiring managers and business partners on market trends, best practices and compliance
  • Build, own and maintain critical relationships across the business
  • Collaborate with the broader Corporate and Early Talent Acquistion team

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • 5+ years of Talent Acquistion experience in a corporate environment
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources
  • Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to quickly build relationships and trust across all levels of a diverse organization
  • Flexible and adaptable to change and the ability to think on your feet
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong moral and ethical judgment in decision making, along with a commitment to maintaining privacy and confidentiality
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
  • Experience using various sourcing tools (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter)
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and strong time management abilities
