Excellent Customer Service Skills: Costco Travel Reservation Agents Must Possess Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills In Order To Effectively Assist Customers With Their Travel Inquiries And Bookings.

Knowledge Of Travel Industry: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Comprehensive Understanding Of The Travel Industry, Including Airline Ticketing, Hotel Reservations, Car Rentals, And Vacation Packages.

Organizational Skills: The Ability To Multitask And Manage A High Volume Of Reservations Is Crucial For This Role. Costco Travel Reservation Agents Must Be Able To Prioritize And Stay Organized While Assisting Multiple Customers At Once.

Attention To Detail: A Strong Attention To Detail Is Essential For Ensuring Accuracy In Booking Reservations And Inputting Customer Information. This Also Includes Being Able To Catch And Correct Any Errors Made By Customers During The Booking Process.
