- Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and issues.
- Providing product information and recommendations.
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Handling customer accounts and maintaining records.
- Identifying sales opportunities and promoting products/services.
- Telemarketing
- Meeting sales targets and contributing to overall sales goals.
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or medical-related field.
- Experience in customer service roles is often required, usually ranging from 1-3 years.
- Experience in sales, either as a sales representative or in a related role, is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
