Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the appropriate methods and tools.
  • Resolve customer complaints, issues, and inquiries with a focus on providing first-call resolution.
  • Document customer interactions, including details of inquiries, issues, and resolutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Proven customer support experience or relevant call center experience.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  • Proficient in using computers and office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
  • Previous experience in remote customer service or virtual call center environments is a plus.

Experience

  • 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems, customer service software, and tools is a plus.
  • Experience in remote work or virtual environments is desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
