Customer Service Representative – Online Course Business

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for our online community members. You will be responsible for providing support, offering valuable resources, and fostering relationships within our community.

 

This role involves managing communications, providing a positive experience for all members, and ensuring that each person feels valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Support & Engagement:
• Respond to customer inquiries via email and social media in a timely and friendly manner.
• Offer free resources and direct community members to helpful content that addresses their needs.
• Start conversations with community members to understand their goals, answer their questions, and provide encouragement.
• Community Management:
• Support the management of our Facebook group by welcoming new members, initiating discussions, and promoting engagement.
• Share resources, group updates, and upcoming events to keep the community informed and active.

• Experience with online communities and familiarity with platforms such as Facebook Groups is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of the hairstylist industry or familiarity with our target audience is a bonus but not required.
