Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure achievement of sales target in assigned store
  • Primary duty is to produce sales; do suggestive selling
  • Ensure that the customers are well attended to in terms of customer service assistance
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our product
  • Perform cashiering function Ensure safety of store money on hand and daily collection
  • Check that all merchandise are properly arranged and displayed in the selling area
  • Monitor the cleanliness and orderliness of the store and stock room
  • Regularly monitor and manage inventory leads of all SKUs and makes the necessary PO for timely replenishment
  • Receive deliveries accurately
  • Perform administrative functions: SOPs and adheres to company policies
  • Ensure good housekeeping, maintenance and use of facilities, equipment in the store
  • Perform other related function that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

  • High School Graduate (minimum requirement)
  • Sales Experience preferred
  • Able to communicate well in English (written and oral)
  • Must have pleasing personality and great communication skills
  • Must have excellent leadership skills and must be keen with details
  • Customer Service is Top priority.
  • Required Language: English, Filipino, Cebuano

*Must be willing to commute to SM Seaside or SM JMall Mandaue and willing to work 6 days a week.
