We are seeking a friendly and highly motivated Inbound Call Center Representative to join our customer service team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.

Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions in a timely manner.
