As an Integration Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assisting clients with the integration of Amazon Business solutions into their systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the integration process, providing exceptional support and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Assist customers in integrating Amazon Business solutions into their existing business systems and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to APIs, data feeds, and other integration tools.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and to improve product features.
  • Provide technical documentation and user guides to customers to aid in their integration efforts.
  • Monitor integration performance and offer optimization suggestions.
  • Conduct training sessions and webinars for customers, helping them get the most out of Amazon Business integrations.
  • Work with customers to define integration requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
  • Stay up to date with new features and capabilities of Amazon Business, and communicate these updates to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong technical proficiency in integration technologies (APIs, web services, XML, JSON, etc.).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and SaaS-based applications.
  • Familiarity with ERP and procurement systems, and experience with business-to-business (B2B) integration.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, integration engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience working with enterprise systems or B2B applications is a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing client relationships and providing customer-facing support.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week.
  • Flexibility required to work across multiple time zones as Amazon Business serves global clients.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess and resolve integration challenges.
  • Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored technical solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of AWS services and familiarity with cloud infrastructure is preferred.
