Lead Digital Analyst - Google Paid Search Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Paid Search Strategy and Execution:
    • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding and proficiency in paid search platforms/SEM, including Google Ads and anything within the Google Marketing Platform
    • Develop and execute paid search campaigns aligned with clients' objectives and target audience
    • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and bidding strategies for optimal campaign performance
    • Utilize keyword targeting and segmentation to reach relevant audiences across various paid search channels
    • Monitor and optimize paid search campaigns for performance, ROAS, and other relevant KPIs
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in paid search advertising
  • Leadership and Team Enablement:
    • Provide leadership and enablement for team members, including coaching, mentoring, and training in paid search advertising best practices
    • Facilitate professional development opportunities and initiatives to enhance team members' skills and capabilities in paid search management
    • Conduct pulse checks on the team, addressing concerns, and providing support as needed
    • Foster a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture, promoting continuous learning and improvement
    • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness
