Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Junior Lead/Lead Test Consultant

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist in designing and executing test cases to meet deadlines, while guiding and supporting the team in developing reusable assets for both manual and automated testing scripts.
  • Oversee the complete testing lifecycle and associated deliverables, including test strategy, planning, schedules, test cases, dashboards, defect logs, test closure reports, and entry/exit criteria.
  • Facilitate effective planning and coordination with support partners, such as business process owners, IT, Infrastructure, and the Project Management Office.
  • Communicate and manage changes in scope that impact testing requirements.
  • Review test cases to ensure scenarios accurately reflect business functionalities.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team in an Agile-Scrum environment.
  • Contribute to the development and growth of Testing Services practices and support sales efforts.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related courses
  • At least 5 years of experience in designing and performing testing and quality assurance for Microsoft solutions
  • Microsoft D365 implementation and integration experience is preferable
  • Possess both functional and technical expertise
  • Business analysis and process engineering skills a plus
  • Excellent communication, planning and organizations skills
  • Ability to communicate technical aspect to non-technical shareholders
  • Strong customer relationship skills
  • High level of initiative and accountability for deliverables and deadlines
  • Logical thinking skills and methodical approach to work
