Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints through Amazons online chat platform.

- Guide customers on navigating Amazons website, using account settings, and accessing other Amazon services.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed to ensure seamless customer support.
- Log customer interactions accurately, providing summaries of resolved issues for future reference.
