ROLE SUMMARY

Our client is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will assist with various onboarding and offboarding processes, troubleshoot platform issues, compile data for reporting, and support project coordination. The ideal candidate will be proactive, possess excellent time management skills, and be able to

work autonomously while contributing to team success.

WORK SCHEDULE: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding searches
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding candidates and clients
  • Assist with troubleshooting platform issues and errors
  • Assist with compiling data for metrics and key performance indicators (KPI) reports
  • Coordinate and execute project tasks as directed by the Operations Director
  • Facilitate and assist with administrative needs as directed by the Operations Director
  • Participate in weekly meetings to identify, troubleshoot, and solve key issues
  • Take an active role in improving the process and offer suggestions and advice

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in the related field
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Airtable
  • Experience with applicant tracking system (ATS) platforms
  • Familiarity with Asana, Slack, and Google Suite
  • Strong and consistent communication with exceptional English (speaking, reading, writing)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Stamina with data entry and phenomenal attention to detail
  • Proficiency in task management
  • Proactive with initiating and completing work
  • Ability to meet deadlines and shift priorities as needed
  • Ability to remain productive and reliable while working autonomously and remotely
