Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our production processes in the garment industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in garment manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the garment manufacturing process.
  • Ensure production schedules are met within quality standards and cost constraints.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Manage and lead a team of supervisors, technicians, and production workers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Implement and maintain health and safety standards in the production area.
  • Analyze production data and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as design, sales, and marketing, to align production with business goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues as they arise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management within the garment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management and logistics.
