Order Operations Specialist

What To Expect
Tesla is seeking an experienced operations candidate to run its Order Operations team. The team owns a variety of processes related to vehicle sales and delivery, and tracks all orders from the point of deposit to revenue recognition. In addition to ensuring team success, this role is expected to collaborate with regional and functional management to ensure Order Ops is providing exceptional support to internal departments, creating the best customer experience possible.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in Sales, Delivery, Logistic and Operations to improve current work flow processes and minimize errors. Initiate and carry out automation programs to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide and drive internal cross-functional operational solutions for new business models and sales initiatives to ensure effective implementation.
  • Establish regular performance reviews of new programs to track outcomes against goals.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects, while adhering to business-critical deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Develop Order Ops internal process documentation and guidance for customer facing teams
  • Participate in global projects as and when needed
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by line management
