Part-Time Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This is a independant contractor position that will start with part-time flexible busines hours. Initalialy, 20 business hours per week paying 17.00 per hour.

The goal is to hire a candidate with an ability to learn, be a Team Player, and go the extra mile for our cutomers and our organization. Must… have a PC with high speed internet, PC requires Office 365, we load the operating system remotely.

A transition to Full Time is possible based on your performance and passion for what we do. The candidate will provide customer service support to our family of customers and Admin support to the department. Requirements include proven experience in customer service and past work at home experience. This is a work at home position. Operating system and industry training is provided.

Responsibilities:

– Answering customer phone calls, resolving and documenting concerns, professionalism and a commitment to customer service excellence is required, top notch communication skills
– PC and Operating system data entry
– Perform tasks with a high level of accuracy, detail oriented, and working knowledge in problem solving
– Top Notch organizational skills, honest, experienced in working with confidential information, support the department and executive team concerning tasks related to customer service

Requirements:

– 3 years proven experience as a customer service Rep along with 3 year experience working remotely
– Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications, working knowledge of MS Office (365) Applications and Outlook
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Experience in event planning is a plus
– MUST be trustworthy at all levels and accountable, this is a work at home position
– Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, willing to go the extra mile
