What We're Looking For:
We value team members who are eager to learn and grow. Our ideal candidate embraces challenges with an "Okay, when can I start learning?" attitude rather than a "No, I can't do that" mindset. You should be comfortable asking experienced colleagues for guidance and taking initiative in your work.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years or more of PHP development experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to properly report, communicate, and consult (Ho-Ren-So in Japanese business culture)
  • Strong understanding and implementation skills in PHP
  • Proactive learning attitude and positive mindset
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Adaptable to new technologies and methodologies

Our Development Environment:

  • Custom framework (not strictly MVC)
  • Docker used in some parts of the project (manageable within the team)

Welcomed Skills and Experience (Not required, but highly valued):

  • Experience with API integration (especially payment APIs like GMO, Sony Payment Services, etc.)
  • Experience with Docker development environments
  • Experience using MVC frameworks
  • Frontend skills: HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Experience with AI-driven productivity tools (e.g., Anthropic, ChatGPT)
  • Knowledge of MySQL database queries
  • Version control skills using Git
  • Japanese language proficiency (highly welcomed)
  • Linux knowledge
  • Project management and leadership experience
  • Python and Selenium coding abilities

How We Work: Our team is built on positive attitudes and mutual support. While we'll provide initial guidance, we expect you to become increasingly self-reliant and proactive in your role over time. We emphasize efficient and effective project progress through proper reporting, communication, and consultation. If you're passionate about PHP development, have substantial experience, and are excited to grow as a team member, we'd love to hear from you! Don't be discouraged if you don't meet all the welcomed qualifications - we value potential and a willingness to learn just as much as existing skills.
