Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing Amazon Business products.
  • Lead product messaging and positioning to ensure it resonates with target audiences and aligns with Amazons value proposition.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and market opportunities.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to drive adoption and optimize product performance.
  • Plan and oversee marketing campaigns, content creation, and events to support product launches and ongoing promotions.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, ensuring clear communication of key updates, enhancements, and features.
  • Analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and sales data to refine marketing strategies and inform future product developments.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to drive consistent messaging across markets and channels.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, helping to foster a culture of growth and development within the marketing department.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B or technology-focused environments.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing product marketing initiatives and driving business results.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including content marketing, SEO, SEM, email campaigns, and social media.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex product concepts to a wide range of audiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment, with strong collaboration and influencing skills.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Google Analytics) is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a product marketing or related marketing role, with significant exposure to B2B marketing or e-commerce.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably at a global tech company.
  • Demonstrated success in managing product lifecycles, from launch through iteration.
  • Previous experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexibility to work remotely.
  • Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility depending on time zones and project deadlines.
