Property Management Assistant - Airbnb

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule:

• 9:00am to 5:00pm Nottingham, UK Time (4pm - 12am PHT) every Monday and Tuesday

• 4:00pm to 12:00am Nottingham, UK Time (11pm - 7am PHT) every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

• With a 30-minute paid break; total of 37.5 hours per week

Job Description:

• Respond promptly and professionally to guest messages and inquiries using the designated app and platforms

• Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure timely and thorough cleaning of properties between guest stays

• Manage and address damages and reactive maintenance issues, liaising with maintenance personnel as needed

• Perform post and pre-check-in and check-out duties for each property, including inspecting for cleanliness and functionality

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date calendars for property bookings, ensuring no overlaps or conflicts

• Organize property bookings and scheduling to maximize occupancy and revenue

• Provide excellent customer service by promptly answering and attending to client requests and inquiries

• Collaborate with property owners to ensure their preferences and requirements are met


Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests, clients, and team members

• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of property information, bookings, and communication

• Comfortable with technology and systems, including property management software and communication platforms

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously

• Keen problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations and emergencies effectively

• Previous property management experience, especially with platforms like Airbnb, is preferred

• Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a supportive team player

• Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and property-related tasks
