Remote Medical Assistant | WFH Patient Support Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for committed and compassionate Remote Medical Assistants to join our innovative healthcare team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential support to patients, ensuring a seamless healthcare experience through virtual and telephonic interactions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls, assisting patients in navigating their healthcare journey
  • Facilitate virtual vital sign assessments, including blood pressure checks, via live video
  • Offer continuous support through video consultations, phone communications, and messaging to enhance patient satisfaction
  • Proactively identify and resolve patient inquiries, from initial contact through the resolution process
  • Escalate any concerning or abnormal test results to the designated RN for further evaluation

Required Skills
