Residential Cleaner (Live-Out) - Toronto

Full job description

Purpose

Responsible for the facilities cleaning in designated area. Operate within our standards of safety, high quality customer service and efficient operations.

Main Responsibilities and Activities

  • Thoroughly clean lobbies, laundry room and washroom, elevator cab, garbage chute and garbage rooms, including mopping and vacuuming of all floors, runners and furniture using designated chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
  • Cleaning, and wiping of all windows, doors, trims, baseboards, walls, floors in the common areas, including the tops of washers and dryers.
  • Dust all lobby area light shades, table tops, picture frames, and elevator fans.
  • Clean and polish all stainless steel.
  • Ensure vacant apartments are thoroughly cleaned as per company standards and completed on schedule as directed by property manager.
  • Remove and dispose of all pamphlets and flyers from mail room, lobby area, and garbage receptacles.
  • Remove debris on every floor.
  • Follow Health & Safety guidelines including WHMIS
  • Identify and report urgent repairs or hazards to management
  • Maintain a positive relationship with co-workers and tenants.
  • Other duties as required.
