The Sr. Producer - Graphic Design role is responsible for playing key roles in developing unique and engaging experiences for our Learning and Development organization such as serving key stakeholders and driving innovation, making design decisions and recommendations,  and ultimately inspiring  others to deliver exceptional results that will directly impact the business. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, opaque environment, who knows how to extract and understand a client’s needs and take ownership for the development of all deliverables.

Ability to fully understand client needs, provide independent or collaborative strategic direction, and take responsibility / ownership for development of deliverables. Collaborates creatively across other media and creative teams within Learning and Development and corporate. Demonstrates an ability to envision, develop, and support a clear creative vision with multiple partners and clients.

Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure. Delivers projects on time. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Gather information and research as needed for projects.

Communicates challenges and opportunities regarding project details to appropriate team members. Must demonstrate strong production abilities, work ethic, and attention-to-detail Ability to regularly and confidently present concepts and campaigns to clients and leadership. Obtains required approvals on all projects.

Direct photo shoots Coordinates the use of resources such as photography, video, illustrations, copywriting, and outsourcing. Mentor, educate, and support other Visual Designers in both creative and technical areas. Continually evaluate and collaborate to improve creative and technical processes.

Interpret corporate brand identity and guidelines and implement them in projects balanced with the ability to know when and how to stretch those guidelines when appropriate. You’ll Need to

Have… BFA, BA or other advanced degree in graphic design, digital design, motion graphics 3-6 years agency, in-house or learning and development experience as a creative. Strong knowledge of digital and print production. Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Able to generate new assets as well as edit existing assets including photographs Able to craft a deck. Willing to use Powerpoint and Microsoft Office to communicate. Can wield the written word to sell an idea.

Better if You Have… A background in Art Direction with design skills.

Prior experience in a learning and development organization is a plus Experience with Captivate, Storyline, Premiere, After Effects, LMS systems, SCORM compliance, audio production desirable. Web development experience and UX/UI experience is a plus. Has a diversified background and a variety of interests to draw inspiration from.
