SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

This is a leading provider of SaaS EdTech solutions for educators and administrators across the United States. Currently, we are looking to delight our customers by hiring a Technical Services Consultant who has experience implementing solutions & solving complex problems for clients. This is a unique opportunity to make an impact in a fast growth organization.

Reporting to the Sr Manager of Technical Services the Technical Services Consultant is responsible for achieving a high satisfaction rating from clients by having a successful implementation of software solution projects.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Salesforce/Jira (ticketing system)
  • Has 5 years of experience in SQL Development
  • Has experience in providing L4 troubleshooting
  • At least 2 year experience in MySQL/SQL, and MSSQL IS A MUST
  • Familiarization with IDE => Microsoft SQL server management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Ms Office, MS SQL/PLSQL, C#, TSQL/CLR, FTP/HTTP, Scripting
  • Good to excellent communication skills
  • Has hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS/BI reporting or .Net C#

  • Shift: GY Shift - 9PM to 6AM
  • 1 month Onsite and WFH afterward (Weekends Off)
