Fud, the world's first social hustling community, is seeking a Toptal Expert and Mentor to join our community. As a Toptal Expert and Mentor, you will be responsible for providing professional training and coaching to members of the Fud community. You will help others to learn the skills they need to succeed in their entrepreneurial pursuits and achieve financial freedom. You will have access to a wide range of resources and tools to assist you in your mentoring activities, including online courses, live workshops, and other training materials.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver training programs on a variety of entrepreneurial topics, including leadership, marketing, and finance.
Create and edit training materials, such as presentations, worksheets, and e-books.
Work collaboratively with other Freelancing and Independent Work Experts to create engaging and informative content for the Fud community.
Provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship to members of the Fud community.
Deliver interactive webinars and workshops to help members learn new skills.
Host Q&A sessions and other interactive events to engage with the community and answer questions.
Continuously evaluate and improve training programs and materials to ensure they meet the needs of the Fud community.

Requirements

Experience as a professional trainer or coach.
Strong knowledge of entrepreneurial topics, such as leadership, marketing, and finance.
Ability to develop engaging and effective training materials.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with delivering webinars and online training programs.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of experts to create content.
Passion for helping others to achieve their goals.
