Kimco Construction Inc., a well established construction company based in Englewood, FL, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position offers flexible part-time hours and the potential to work remotely, though local candidates are preferred for occasional in-person collaboration as needed.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with QuickBooks Desktop is required
  • General computer literacy, including comfort with Google Suite applications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus, but not required

Job Details:

  • Part-Time: 20 hours per week
  • Hourly Rate: $25.00
