Job Title: Electrical Panel Assembler
City and State: Crystal Lake IL 
Pay Rate: 18/hr
Schedule/Shift: 1st shift 7am - 3pm
Employment Type: Evaluation to Hire
Summary:
Manufacturing role focused on assembling electrical control panels used in industrial equipment such as elevator systems. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work with hand tools.
Responsibilities:
  • Assemble electrical control panels using hand and power tools
  • Read and interpret basic blueprints and assembly instructions
  • Adjust and rework components to ensure proper fit and function
  • Inspect finished assemblies for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
  • Basic assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to read blueprints is a plus (training provided)
  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
  • Comfortable using hand tools and working in a production environment
