Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to sales representatives, showcasing the value of SmartBear solutions.
Tackle technical challenges with creative solutions based on SmartBear's advantages.
Work closely with Solutions Engineers to manage POCs and build account-specific use cases.
Engage with accounts to build relationships and assist users during their POC process.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Adoption teams to drive product success and customer satisfaction.
Assume responsibility for all components of the technical win, including completing RFPs and building tailored demo environments.

Requirements

Strong technical competency demonstrated through education or a portfolio of projects.
Eagerness to learn new technology and apply it in a practical setting.
