Are you a passionate and results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the gaming industry? We are seeking a NA Account Director - Games to join our team. Reporting to the Director of NA Account Management, you will be responsible for the retention and growth of key gaming accounts in the North American region. In this role, you will cultivate long-term relationships, drive revenue growth, and reinforce our position as a leader in the global gaming industry.

What You Will Do

Client Engagement & Strategy:

  • Conduct executive-level reviews and capability refreshes with key stakeholders to identify and drive new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the global sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Reinforce our reputation as a global leader in gaming solutions by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of our services and solutions.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients, positioning our solutions as essential to their success.


Operational Excellence:

  • Ensure seamless coordination across internal teams to support client needs and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track account success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to proactively address client challenges and opportunities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% to meet with clients and attend industry events.



To Be Successful You Will Have

  • Experience: 5+ years of consultative selling experience in the Games/Entertainment industry, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Account Management Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing and expanding long-term client relationships.
  • Gaming Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the gaming vertical, with expertise in at least one of the following areas: localization, audio, testing, player experience, etc.
  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop tailored account strategies that align with business goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proven experience in resolving complex client challenges with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaboration: Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
  • Results-Driven Approach: A proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving exceptional results.
