About the position

The candidate should have proven experience in implementing Adobe CDP and/or similar customer data platforms for multiple clients, along with a strong understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data governance. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or similar Adobe marketing tools is a plus. The role involves managing the end-to-end project lifecycle for Adobe CDP implementation, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope, while tracking progress, milestones, and key deliverables and coordinating with relevant teams.

Responsibilities

Work closely with market business stakeholders to understand their customer data requirements and translate them into actionable insights and strategies using Adobe RT-CDP.
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Adobe CDP, XDM schema, data ingestion, and outbound pipelines ensuring that the platform is customized to meet business needs and aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Adobe RTCDP with various data sources offline/online and ensure accurate data ingestion, processing, and governance.
Train business teams and stakeholders on how to effectively adopt Adobe RTCDP for customer data management, segmentation, and campaign optimization.
Stay up-to-date with Adobe CDP's new features, best practices, and trends in customer data management to continuously improve platform usage and maximize value.
Provide value (in dollars) out of campaigns leveraging Adobe RTCDP in multiple markets and solutions to improve it.
Test all Customer AI features from Adobe RTCDP and generate meaningful use-cases from them.
Collaborate with Paid media agencies for activating the campaigns and CTR optimization.
Understand internal SCB processes of One Delivery and agile ways of working.

Requirements

10+ years of overall experience in Martech, analytics, and marketing automation.
5+ years in customer data management with a focus on Adobe RTCDP for financial services.
Proven experience in implementing Adobe CDP and/or similar customer data platforms.
Strong understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data governance.
Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, or similar Adobe marketing tools.

Nice-to-haves

Knowledge of ADO and Confluence.
