Allied universal is hiring Clerk - Industrial in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

 

Title: Clerk - Industrial

Location: Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Type: Part time

Pay Rate:  $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Various: 7am-3pm,3pm-11pm,11pm-7am

    

Overview:

Allied Universal is currently seeking Clerk - Industrial for one of our sites in Saskatoon, Sasktachewan. If you enjoy new challenges, we encourage you to apply.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adherence to safety and emergency procedures.
  • Skilled in using intermediate computer functions to manage advanced wireless technology at client-specific sites and perform necessary data entry.
  • Regularly prepare clear, written reports and logs.
  • Monitor and address inquiries in a secure inbox.
  • Coordinate emergency response efforts.
  • Perform data entry for production reports, safety records, and employee attendance.
  • Coordinate visitor logs, access records, and site documentation when required.
  • Assist supervisors with administrative tasks and document preparation.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance are expected.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and resolve issues proactively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
