Full job description

Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Amazon via Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Amazon.

 

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and successful completion of projects/programs. This role involves setting deadlines, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and preparing reports for upper management. The position requires a self-starter with at least 6 years of experience in creative marketing operations or a related field. A degree in communications, marketing, project management, or equivalent experience is preferred. The candidate should have a deep understanding of creative production processes and be adept at problem-solving in deadline-driven environments.

Required:

Self-starter that can operate efficiently within ambiguous situations and complexity

6+ years of experience as a producer, in creative marketing operations or a similar role with interactive/ad agencies, design studios, production or Internet companies

A degree in communications, marketing, project management or equivalent experience

Demonstrated experience with in-house or third-party project management and/or ticketing systems

Familiarity with creative team dynamics and workflows

Deep understanding of creative production processes

Strong problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a tight deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to work on different projects simultaneously

Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams

Knowledge of marketing channels and asset requirements

Experience with creative and marketing technology stack

Understanding of brand guidelines and creative standards

Basic knowledge of creative desktop design tools

Preferred:

Experience developing and executing creative operations strategy at scale

Proven success in change management across large organizations

Track record of significant cost savings or efficiency improvements

Knowledge of emerging creative technologies and automation
