Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative analytics field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data Science, or related discipline; or 4 years of related experience may substitute for a degree.

4 years of experience in data/analytics or functional business experience in the respective industry (P&C, Bank, Finance) OR an advanced degree with 2 years of relevant experience.

Competency in mathematical and statistical techniques for fact-based decision-making.

Intermediate and advanced knowledge of data analysis tools, data visualization, SQL, SAS, BI tools, and relevant industry data.

Nice-to-haves

Experience supporting business analytics in marketing.

Knowledge of building sophisticated reports that support business outcomes.

Proven experience designing marketing tests in complex environments.

Demonstrated knowledge of media mix optimizations using Marketing Mix Models and Multi-Touch Attribution.
