Position Title: E-Commerce Business Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic E-Commerce Business Manager to lead the planning, development, execution, and performance of our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, enhancing user experience, optimizing digital marketing strategies, and managing the day-to-day operations of all e-commerce channels. This role requires a strong mix of business acumen, digital marketing knowledge, analytical thinking, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will develop and execute the e-commerce growth strategy in alignment with company objectives. You will forecast sales performance, set KPIs, and identify opportunities for online revenue growth. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to improve conversion, retention, and customer value.

You will manage and optimize the e-commerce website and related platforms. Responsibilities will include overseeing product listings, catalog updates, pricing strategies, promotions, and SEO. Collaboration with IT, design, and operations teams is essential to ensure a smooth and user-friendly shopping experience.

You will coordinate digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, display, affiliate, and social media channels. You will work with internal teams or agencies to optimize traffic acquisition and cost-efficiency, and will analyze and report on campaign performance, customer acquisition cost, and return on investment.

Ensuring a consistent, brand-aligned experience across the digital customer journey is critical. You will monitor customer feedback and behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, heatmaps, and CRM data, and lead initiatives to reduce cart abandonment, improve the checkout flow, and boost repeat purchases.

You will partner with logistics, warehouse, and procurement teams to ensure stock accuracy and timely delivery. Monitoring order fulfillment KPIs and working to reduce returns and cancellations will also be part of your scope.

Leadership is essential. You will be expected to lead and develop a high-performing e-commerce team, including members in digital marketing, content, tech, and customer support. You will also coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and finance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
