Job Overview
We are urgently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. We are hiring multiple candidates. This role is ideal for individuals looking for a work from home position in customer service and support. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling inquiries, and assisting with various tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates, especially those fluent in Spanish, are encouraged to apply.

Duties:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer requests and provide assistance.
  • Process customer orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Utilize computer systems to manage customer accounts and data entry tasks.
  • Provide support for sales initiatives by promoting products and services as needed.

Experience:

  • Familiarity with computerized systems and office equipment is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple tasks.
  • Experience with cash handling is a plus.
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) will have an advantage in this role.
