About the position

The Expert Strategic Account Manager is responsible for managing business relationships with state government customers, trade professionals, and community organizations. This role serves as a trusted advisor, assisting customers in achieving their energy goals while promoting PG&E products and services. The position requires effective communication during service-related issues and events, ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic partnerships and advocacy.

Responsibilities
