DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION

Perform a variety of food service duties, including food preparation, barista, server, catering and cashierPrepare and transport patient traysWork in a variety of food production areas, including dining rooms, public areas and other nourishment areas while following food safety standards, infection control and PPE procedures and guidelinesHandle food products and food waste in both patient and retail environmentsMaintain and operate food equipment in a safe mannerKeep equipment and area clean, sanitized, restocked and in good working condition.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

High School Degree or equivalent is preferred

Prefer obtainment of University of Missouri Food Handler's Certificate within one month of hire.
