The
Email Marketing Executive

will develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive sales for Inch & Brick Real Estate.


Responsibilities:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.

Create engaging email content:
subject lines, preheaders, and body copy.
Design and develop visually appealing email templates.
Build and segment email lists based on customer demographics, preferences, and behavior.
Utilize email marketing automation tools for campaign execution and optimization.
Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics.
Identify trends and insights to optimize email campaigns.
Stay updated with email marketing best practices and industry trends.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or another field.
Fresher/Minimum 1-2 years of email marketing experience.
Proven track record of successful email campaign execution.
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
Proficiency in email marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

Experience in the real estate industry.
Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email template development.
