Job Description

  • Strong hands-on experience in Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
  • Experience in Data Quality profiling, cleansing, standardization, matching, and deduplication
  • Good knowledge of Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with Informatica Developer, Analyst, and Repository Manager
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
  • Experience in data validation, rule creation, scorecards, and monitoring
  • Knowledge of ETL concepts and integration with Informatica PowerCenter / IICS
  • Experience in handling production support and incident management
  • Ability to lead offshore/onshore teams and coordinate with business stakeholders
  • Understanding of data lifecycle management and metadata management
  • Exposure to cloud environments and modern data platforms is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Lead Data Quality implementation and enhancement initiatives
  • Design and develop Data Quality rules, mappings, workflows, and reusable components
  • Perform data profiling and identify data anomalies/issues
  • Collaborate with business teams to define DQ standards and KPIs
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and governance compliance
  • Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
  • Coordinate with ETL, Data Governance, and business teams for end-to-end delivery
  • Support deployment, production validation, and issue resolution activities
  • Prepare technical documentation and maintain best practices
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with Data Governance tools and MDM concepts
  • Exposure to Agile delivery model
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP
  • Certification in Informatica products is preferred
