You’ll join a diverse team of IT Support associates and engineers, supply chain specialists, program managers, operations managers, and other vital roles.

You’ll collaborate with people across IT Services to help us deliver the highest standards for IT Logistics, ensuring that our customers have the equipment they need to perform their jobs. And you’ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion. Key job responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex IT projects related to imaging, deployment, and lifecycle management of end-user equipment

• Develop and implement technical solutions to improve operational efficiency and service quality

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex IT issues

• Provide escalation support for challenging technical problems and mentor junior team members

• Contribute to the design and implementation of new IT processes and systems

• Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for hardware and software upgrades

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles

• Participate in on-call rotations to support critical IT infrastructure and services
