  • Inform & Educate: Keep potential clients informed about Enthuziastic’s programs, services, and offerings, ensuring they understand the value of our educational services and how they can benefit their children.

  • Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and seize new business opportunities, whether through referrals, renewals, or upselling additional services, while always putting families’ needs first.

  • Professional Standards: Maintain a prompt, polite, and professional manner at all times when engaging with potential clients, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive experience for all families.

  • Assist Other Departments: Provide support to other teams as required, collaborating across departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient lead conversion.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an excellent telephone manner to engage effectively with parents and families.

  • Independent & Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and stay motivated to achieve lead generation targets, even under pressure.

  • Proactive & Positive: A positive, solution-oriented approach to objection handling, with a natural ability to engage and guide potential clients through their learning journey.

  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads, keep track of communications, and ensure no follow-ups are missed.

  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software, email systems, and other digital tools to manage leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records.

  • Financially Motivated: Energetic, reliable, and financially driven with a hunger to succeed and achieve personal and departmental targets.
