Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and refine generative AI prompts to support document review and analysis. Validate AI outputs to ensure accuracy, reduce risks of hallucinations, and maintain defensibility. Identify and flag privileged, sensitive, or confidential information (e.g., personal data, NDAs, proprietary business processes). Collaborate with legal teams to align AI-assisted workflows with discovery requirements and legal standards. Monitor AI performance metrics such as processing speed, accuracy, and consistency, and recommend improvements. Maintain documentation of prompt strategies, refinements, and validation steps to support audit trails. Stay informed on emerging trends in AI, eDiscovery, and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA).
