About the Role We are seeking experienced MEP Engineers across disciplines — Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing — to join a leading MEP contractor executing high-rise projects across Dubai. The ideal candidates will bring hands-on experience in the UAE, with full project lifecycle exposure and strong technical execution capabilities. Salary (Tax-Free): Kindly submit your salary expectations Key Responsibilities • Execute and supervise the installation of MEP systems (HVAC, drainage, water supply, electrical, LV/MV, lighting, fire-fighting, etc.) • Plan site activities, coordinate with consultants and subcontractors, and manage execution to ensure timelines and quality standards are met • Read, interpret, and implement project drawings and BOQs accurately on site • Manage manpower planning and labour productivity according to site conditions and budget • Ensure all site work adheres to quality control, safety regulations, and project specifications • Prepare and respond to project correspondence, including letters and technical queries • Support inspections with consultants and local authorities (DEWA, DM, DCD) and follow through on NOCs and approvals • Monitor project progress and support regular reporting to the Project Manager

Candidate Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (as applicable) • Must have completed at least one full project lifecycle in the UAE — from mobilisation to handover • Minimum 5 years of UAE-based experience in a similar role within an MEP contracting company • Experience with high-rise residential or commercial towers is required • Strong understanding of labour control, productivity tracking, and manpower budgeting • Familiarity with safety and quality control procedures as per UAE construction standards • Strong communication skills and professional letter-writing abilities • Must be currently based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interview Similar Job Titles • MEP Site Engineer • Mechanical Engineer – MEP Projects • Electrical Engineer – High-Rise Projects • Plumbing Engineer – MEP Contracting • MEP Execution Engineer • MEP Installation Specialist Salary (Tax-Free): Kindly submit your salary expectations
