In this role, you will be a crucial part of Amazon’s last-mile delivery operation, ensuring that packages are safely and efficiently delivered to customers on time. Role and Responsibilities: As a Courier, you will play an essential role in delivering packages safely and efficiently while providing outstanding service. Key responsibilities include: • Safely transport Amazon packages between delivery stations, facilities, and customer addresses. • Follow assigned delivery routes and time schedules using Amazon’s GPS and mobile tools. • Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle with care and efficiency. • Use handheld devices for route navigation, scanning packages, and confirming customer deliveries. • Interact positively and professionally with customers to ensure a great delivery experience. • Maintain accurate delivery records and report any delivery issues or vehicle problems promptly. • Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and Amazon delivery policies. • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and keep delivery vehicles clean and in good working condition. • Report delays, accidents, or other traffic and delivery problems to supervisors and dispatchers.
