You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and get, want, and have capacity to do the following things:

  • Accurately and efficiently guarantee excellence of all data entry required to process a prescription order for patients and providers
  • Communicate with providers to verify prescriptions via outbound calls and electronic communications
  • Effectively discern and triage customer service and pharmacy technician responsibilities
  • Proactively resolve data inaccuracies

We train our team to help them succeed, and everyone on our team helps with our success. In this role, you’ll be accountable for hitting the following numbers each day:

  • Provider communication (20-30 calls per day)
  • Process refill requests from providers (20-30 per day)
  • Process patient orders (170-200 per day)
